
Admission to Pacific Crest Academy is granted on the basis of the following:
Admissions Application:
The application process begins with the submission of a completed application, birth certificate and payment of a $50 non-refundable application fee.

Screening:
Entrance screening is required. In addition, student interviews and completed student questionnaires are required in grades 5-8.
Evaluations:
A copy of the student's last report card is required. Any testing of the student by former schools or independent providers must be submitted with the student's records. In addition, a teacher evaluation form may be required from current teachers for grades 1-8. Forms are available in the office.
Parent Conference:
A parent conference with an administrator is required for all grade levels.
Transcripts:
After acceptance, a transcript release form must be signed and mailed to the previous school for grades 1-8.
Immunization Records:
Must be in compliance with the Washington State Health Department.
Sacrament Records:
Catholic applicants must submit sacramental records.
School Visits:
A school tour is not required for admission. However, a school visit may be arranged by appointment with the Admissions Director.
