Application Fee
A non-refundable $50 fee must be paid with the application.

After Acceptance
A non-refundable registration fee is required upon acceptance.

By June 1st

  • PreK-3 and PreK-4 $100 per student
  • K-8th Grade $150 per student
  • Maximum of $300 per family

After June 1st

  • PreK-3 and PreK-4 $125 per student
  • K-8th Grade $175 per student
  • Maximum of $350 per family

Basic Tuition Per School Year

  • PreK-3: $1950 2 days per week; $2950 3 days per week
  • PreK-4: $2950 3 days per week; $4550 5 days per week
  • Grades K - 8: $6200

Payment Plans

  • Plan A: Full payment due August 1st
  • Plan B: 1/2 Payment due August 1st and December 1st
  • Plan C: 10 month payment plan; fee applies.

Curriculum Fees:

  • Curriculum Fee* $120 per student
  • Technology Fee $100 per student (Grades 1-8 only)
  • Outdoor School Fee $250 per student (Grade 5 only)
  • Due by June 1st or with registration if late registration after June 1st.

Sibling Discount

  • 2nd Child 5%
  • 3rd Child 10%
  • 4th Child 15%
  • 5th and beyond, 100% if attending PCA concurrently.
  • Discounts do not apply to PreK students. Only students in grades K-8 are eligible and count towards the additional child discount.
  • Tuition does not reflect any subsidies or other financial aid.

Tuition Subsidies, Assistance, and Grants:

  • Parish subsidies are available to active parish families, as determined by the parish priest. Necessary forms and procedures are available in the office.
  • Diocesan grants are available to eligible families. Necessary forms and procedures are available in the office.
  • Financial aid is available to eligible families. Application and supporting documents must be submitted to T.A.D.S. before the February deadline. Necessary forms and procedures are available in the office.

Volunteer Hours:
Families with students in PreK-3 and PreK-4 are required to fulfill 20 hours of volunteer services for the year, and families with students in kindergarten through eighth grades are required to fulfill 40 hours of volunteer services per year. It is our intention to involve every family in the education and formation of their children. We strive to accommodate family talents and preferences in the fulfillment of volunteer service to the school.

Daycare:
Limited before and after school care is available at $5.00 per hour up to a maximum of $20.00 per day for all ages. Day care sign-up forms are available in the office.

* The curriculum fee covers text books and other materials (such as art supplies, paper, etc) that support the student's curriculum.
