Kindergarten is a full day Monday through Friday program. The Kindergarten curriculum is challenging and comprehensive, as it builds on the basic skills begun in the Pre-Kindergarten program. Pacific Crest Academy offers a unique Kindergarten experience where high academic standards are paralleled with human formation. The students learn letter formation, reading skills and math concepts that will be further emphasized as they progress in their elementary education. Virtue and character formation are key elements of the Kindergarten program, as the students develop a true love of Christ and His Church.

The students receive instruction in the following disciplines:

• Riggs phonetics program
• Saxon Reading program
• Printing and spelling
• Saxon mathematics program
• Virtue-based Catholic curriculum
• Hands-on social studies and science
• Foreign language and culture
• Music, art and physical education
