Students in grades 3 through 8 participate in extra-curricular running and field events at meets around the area. CYO is an organization of private Catholic and Christian schools. Meets are held on Saturdays in April and May.

2005 was the first year for Pacific Crest Academy to have a swim team. The swimming program was a CYO (Catholic Youth Organization) program for grades K - 8th. Pacific Crest Academy did very well.
